Automation & AI

Automation that takes work off your hands

The hours that leak away every week on retyping, forwarding and looking things up — that is what we build for. From a single integration to the system your business runs on.

The problem

Where your week goes

Almost every business has a handful of tasks nobody enjoys, nobody is allowed to forget, and that come back every single day. They are in no job description, and there is never time to fix them.

Typing the same thing twice

A request arrives in one system and is copied across to the other by hand. Every time, and once a month just slightly wrong.

The email you have to remember yourself

The reminder, the confirmation, the message afterwards. All of them messages that should leave at a set moment, and that now depend on somebody remembering.

Looking up where something is

The question “how did it go with this client again” costs a few minutes of searching through mail, folders and phone — and that question comes round every day.

The same question, again

Opening hours, delivery times, what exactly is included. Questions your client should get an answer to straight away, including while you are working.

What we build

Work that does itself

Usually it is not a big project. It is one task that disappears, and then another. Where AI genuinely helps we use it — and where it is only expensive and unreliable, we say that too.

The quote that rolls out of the form by itself

A request comes in, the details land in the right place straight away, and the document you would otherwise draw up yourself is ready to send.

Two systems that finally talk to each other

Stock, calendar, bookkeeping, webshop. An integration that keeps the data in step, so nobody has to check whether it still matches.

Messages at the right moment

Confirmation, reminder, follow-up — automatic, in your tone of voice, and with room to step in yourself when a client asks something out of the ordinary.

An answer before the phone rings

The frequently asked question already answered on your site or in the chat, with your information as the source — not with what a model thinks it knows.

The bigger step

When it becomes a system

At some point they are no longer separate tasks. Clients, quotes, jobs, invoices and appointments belong together, and then a folder of files and a shared inbox is not enough any more.

That is when we build a custom CRM: the system your business runs on, built around the way you work instead of the other way round. No fields you never use, no subscription per employee, and no package you cannot get out of years later.

It is yours, it comes with documentation, and it talks to what you already use. And if an off-the-shelf package works out cheaper, you hear that before we start.

How it works

Look first, build second

Automating something that is not right only makes it go wrong faster. So it always starts with what actually happens now.

01

We walk through your week

Which tasks come back every day, who does them, and what goes wrong when someone forgets. Usually that conversation is already half the work.

02

We pick what comes off first

Not everything at once. We start with the task that comes back most often and takes the least thought — that is where you notice the difference soonest.

03

We build it, you try it

One piece first, in use, in your real work. If it works, the next one goes. If it does not work the way we imagined, little is lost.

04

It stays yours

With documentation, and without being tied to us to change anything. If you want us to keep it running, we can — you are not obliged to.

And the websites?

We still build those, by hand

No page builder, no off-the-shelf theme with forty plugins around it. That’s why these sites load fast, why they work as well on a phone as on a desktop, and why there’s nothing in them that doesn’t need to be.

The two often run into each other: the site catches the enquiry, and what happens after it no longer needs anyone to do by hand.

What it costs

You hear what it costs before anything gets built

There is deliberately no price on this site. Two systems that look alike from the outside can be worlds apart in work: the difference is in how much is done by hand today, how many packages it has to talk to, and how many people use it.

With a conversation about what you want to achieve, not a list of features. Then a proposal covering what gets made and what it costs. Nothing starts until that’s right.

Curious what could come off your plate?

Send one sentence about what comes back every week. Then you hear whether it is worth doing — including if the answer is no.
